KEYS ENTERPRISE EXECUTIVE STAFF

James L. Headrick - President
   Mr. Headrick has over 28 years of management experience. As CEO of Keys Enterprise, he personally oversees and schedules all daily operations. Mr. Headricks’ expertise in equipment and manpower utilization brings substantial cost savings to the communities. In addition to scheduling, Mr. Headrick is instrumental in pricing equipment and supplies and recognizing savings on materials yield through quality assurance. Mr. Headrick brings to Keys Enterprise 10 years of construction management and estimating experience with Watson Paving & Excavating and General Development Corporation as well as 20 years of personnel management and employee safety training while in the transportation industry last serving as the Florida Division Manager of Eagle Transport.

Karen V. Headrick - CFO – Community Association Manager
   With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Ms. Headrick has successfully managed more than twenty-five thousand units in various cities throughout the nation during her career. In addition to managing a diverse range of multi-family properties, she has also specialized in commercial office buildings and association management. In the construction field she has demonstrated expertise in new construction as well as major renovations of large-scale housing and commercial projects. Ms. Headrick has provided consulting services in the areas of pre-acquisition, management sy stems, new development and lease-up and development turnover. She served as CEO of Marinda, Inc., General Manager of a Special Taxing District and Regional Asset Manager for Reliance Management with a portfolio of 16 developments comprised of over 1400 units. Ms. Headrick studied Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. She holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a Florida Community Association Manager. She has also earned the Spectrum Training Award Recipient and the Certified Credit Compliance Professional and FmHm designations from Spectrum Seminars, Inc.

Jeanine R. Tanz, Vice President
Mrs. Tanz has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and has overseen the operations of over ten thousand units in several states throughout the nation. Mrs. Tanz has supervised a diversified portfolio of high rise, garden style and townhouse properties. She has extensive knowledge in the management of multi-family and mixed use locations consisting of tax credit, market rate, rehab, lease up, commercial retail and historic sites. Mrs. Tanz has served as Sr. District Manager for Cornerstone Residential Management, Inc., where she directly supervised a total of 16 properties containing 4,219 units and 89 employees with 4 lease ups and 1 rehab all while training a new District Manager to take over a portion of that portfolio. Mrs. Tanz supervised a total of 22 properties containing 6,080 units for the Cornerstone Group over her 4 year tenure with the company. Prior to that, Mrs. Tanz served as Regional Asset Manager for Reliance Management Services, Inc., supervising 9 developments consisting of 1,276 units in Houston, Texas.

Kimberly A. Popp – Regional Director – Community Association Manager
    Ms. Popp had over 15 years supervisory experience with various law firms and the Galleon Resort Timeshare in Key West, FL prior to joining Keys Enterprise in 2002. Ms. Popp owned and operated Interior Designs of Brevard, Inc. where she was responsible for every aspect of business, including purchasing, merchandising, human resources, loss risk management, sales training and profit planning. Ms. Popp started with Keys Enterprise as the Accounting Supervisor overseeing corporate and property accounting activities in Key West. Ms. Popp worked toward obtaining her CAM license and became portfolio manager prior to her promotion as Regional Director at the Cocoa Beach, FL Regional Office.
